One of the main complaints we hear from people about churches is “All they want is my money! All they ever talk about is money!”

While it is true that all organizations and ministries, including churches, require finances to operate, we understand the negative reaction to preachers hammering home the “Give! Give! Give!” message!

That’s why at Fellowship of Faith we don’t even pass an offering plate. Guests at our church are not expected to give, nor are they ever asked to give. Instead, we’ve created something we call the “Yay God! Boxes” – An image of one appears on this page.

Members, regular attenders and others who call Fellowship of Faith their church home are reminded of their commitment to support the ministry financially with a basic statement each Sunday. “Don’t forget the YAY GOD BOXES!” To which we shout out in unity “YAY GOD!”

People then drop their offerings into the slot at the top of the YAY GOD box before they leave worship for the day!
