Information We Collect

When you create an account or sign in to the app, we collect:

• Phone number
• Email
• Name
• Profile photo

We collect this information solely to create your account and authenticate you when you sign in (e.g., via phone-number verification).

We do not collect this information for advertising, analytics, or any purpose beyond account creation and sign-in.

How Your Information Is Stored

We do not maintain our own servers or databases for this information. Account and authentication data is stored and managed by our data platform provider, Planning Center, which operates the backend infrastructure behind the app. Planning Center processes this data on our behalf, under their own security and data-handling practices.

Do We Sell Your Data?

No. We do not sell your personal data to third parties, and we do not share it for any purpose other than operating the app.

Request Account Deletion

If you'd like to delete your account, you (or the Forever Ours app itself) can request this at any time.

How: Email info@myfof.org with your name and, if possible, your account reference/phone number.

What gets deleted: Your account and all personal information tied to it — including your phone number, name, and profile photo.

Timeframe: Your account and associated data will be deleted in a timely manner.

Note: This is the same deletion process available directly in the app under Settings > Delete Account. This web page exists so the request path remains available to you even if you've already uninstalled the app.
